Data deleted with your account

Subject to identity, safety, legal, and retention review, deletion covers your account profile and contact details, AI conversations and summaries, saved AI memory, wellbeing check-ins and notes, notification tokens, and human-support request information that no longer needs to be retained.

Data that may be retained

Quedium may retain the minimum records required for safety, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit obligations. EAP case notes may be retained for 36 months or a contract-defined period, call logs for 24 months, and security audit records for up to five years. Payment and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Where possible, retained records are restricted or de-identified and are not used to continue providing the deleted account.

We will confirm the outcome after identity and retention review. Read the full Quedium Privacy Policy.
