How Quedium protects support data.

Last updated: May 20, 2026

1. What we collect

Quedium collects account details, organization membership requests, contact information, consent choices, support workflow records, and usage information needed to provide the employee wellness and individual support platform.

2. AI support and summaries

AI is used for intake, categorization, summarization, and support context. It is not a therapist, does not diagnose, and does not replace human care. When a user asks for EAP follow-up, relevant summaries may be shared with authorized support staff.

3. Organization privacy boundary

Organization admins can manage employee join requests and view safe operational summaries. They do not get default access to private employee AI chat logs, sensitive case notes, or personal support content.

4. How data is used

We use data to authenticate users, route organization approvals, support EAP workflows, prepare human follow-up, enforce access rules, improve reliability, and maintain audit records for sensitive admin actions.

5. Security and retention

Access is role-based and sensitive actions are auditable. Records may be retained where needed for safety, operational, legal, billing, or audit purposes, and deletion or anonymization requests are handled according to platform policy.

6. User choices

Users can manage profile details and consent choices where supported. Employees waiting for organization approval remain restricted from EAP and AI benefit surfaces until their organization approves access.
