Terms and Conditions
Terms for using Quedium.
Last updated: May 20, 2026
1. Platform purpose
Quedium provides AI-assisted intake, organization approval workflows, EAP support coordination, and individual support pathways. The platform organizes care workflows but does not provide emergency services.
2. AI is not clinical care
AI support is informational and intake-oriented. It must not be treated as diagnosis, therapy, medical advice, or a guarantee of human follow-up. Users in immediate danger should contact local emergency services.
3. Accounts and organization access
Employees must request to join an organization and wait for approval before using organization EAP benefits. Organization admins may approve or reject requests only within their organization.
4. Acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, respect privacy boundaries, and avoid misuse of the platform, including attempts to access records or support data outside their role.
5. Payments and human support
Individual human support and some employee support flows may require payment or organization coverage before a human connection is unlocked. Payment, refund, and session rules may vary by plan and support pathway.
6. Changes to service
Quedium may update features, access rules, plans, and operational policies as the product develops. Continued use means accepting the current terms that apply to the platform.
